Currently SurveyAnalytics allows you to automatically integrate survey data with objects in your Salesforce.com account. Using the SurveyAnalytics mapping tool, you may link survey data from the SurveyAnalytics system to fields in your Salesforce.com database. It is possible to map your survey data to any of the following Salesforce.com fields:
Standard fields on Standard Salesforce.com objects.
Custom fields on Standard Salesforce.com objects.
Custom fields on Custom Salesforce.com objects.
The SurveyAnalytics / Salesforce.com integration effectively gives you the ability to seamlessly integrate online survey responses with your Salesforce.com database. For example, the data collected via a follow up customer satisfaction survey could automatically be appended to a custom field on a Case called satisfaction. With the addition of this information, you could produce satisfaction reports in Salesforce.com segmented by account representative, location, product, etc.
First you create a survey at SurveyAnalytics. Next, you identify or create fields in Salesforce.com that you would like to use for storing survey data. The final step in the set-up is mapping each survey question to a field in Salesforce.com. SurveyAnalytics provides a simple point and click interface allowing you to match a question in a survey to a field in Salesforce.com. Each time a respondent completes the online survey, the data is automatically recorded by SurveyAnalytics and posted back to your Salesforce.com database in real-time.
SurveyAnalytics is a 100% web-based system. The system is accessed using a standard web browser. SurveyAnalytics includes a simple wizard interface for administering online surveys. All surveys are automatically hosted on our servers. Similar to Salesforce.com, SurveyAnalytics does not require any hardware or software.
Not all Salesforce Accounts support enterprise integration -- Check with your SalesForce representative to confirm you have access to the "Enterprise - sForce API"
