How do I log in to my account?

Starting November 1, 2009, you will need to use the email address on your account for logging in. Passwords will remain the same and this change will not affect any of the surveys or data currently existing in your account.

Please use the Forgot Login link. The password will be emailed to your email address.

Please request the password again.

I don't have access to the account email address.

Please get in touch with support. For security reasons you will be required to provide the following information:

Last 6 digits for the Credit Card on file.

Old User Name / Email address for the account (optional)

Link for the survey in the account (optional)

Relationship with the Account Owner - Self/Billing Dept/Ex-Employee/etc.
