Syncing Offline Contacts with Email List within SurveyAnalytics

My contacts are constantly updated and I would like an easy way to keep them in sync with my SurveyAnalytics Email List.

How can I sync my offline contacts with the online email list ?

Use the Data Sync tool to sync your offline contacts with the online email list. The Data Sync function can be found under the List Maintenance section of Send Survey.

How it works

You can mantain a CSV file of your contacts offline. When you need to sync the contacts with SurveyAnalytics simply use the Data Sync function.

The Data Sync function works as follows; for each email address in the CSV File:

If an email address does not exist in the email list, then the email address is added to the list.

If an email address already exists in the email list then the Custom Variables associated with the email addresses will be updated.

How can I send the survey to the newly added contacts only?

Once you sync the contacts, you will find the option to send the survey to newly added contacts under List Maintenance.
