Enable multiple users to work / edit the same survey - How to?

I want multiple users to be able to edit the same survey. How can I enable this?

Following are the steps:

Setup the survey in your account.

Go to:

  • Login »  Surveys »  Folders
Click on the Permission link and this will pop up a window.

In the popup check mark the check box for the users to whom you wish to grant Edit access for the survey in that folder.

Click on the save changes button.

Users who have been granted Edit Access to the survey will be able to access the survey My Company Surveys.

Users can click on the Edit link and can have full access to the Survey.

What permissions do the sub-account users have when Edit access is granted?

Allowing Edit Access to your survey, gives other users permissions to DELETE / UPDATE questions as well as send out invitations to the surveys. It also allows users to create reports etc. i.e. EVERYTHING you can do with your survey, the user will be able to do.

If Edit Access is granted, the Main Account administrator will be able to make changes to the Survey simultaneously along with the sub-account holder(s) with Edit Access permission.
