GMI Panel Integration - How to? (GMI integration)
What are the requirements to setup integration with GMI?
GMI tracks the progress of your survey using the following variables:
ac (access code): This is the GMI panelist.s access code
sn (GMI STUDY ID): This is the study ID for the study being used
lang (Language): This is GMI's Language ID and will vary by country.
Panelists have uniquely identifying information which is passed via the Survey URL using the above variables. This information is captured and saved along with the Response and passed back to GMI as Completed or Screened. This is how GMI tracks the progress of your study accurately.How to set this up in SurveyAnalytics?
To set this up go to:
- Login » Surveys » (Select Survey) » Edit Survey » Settings » Finish Options
Click on the URL Redirection / Spotlight Report collapse menu.
From the drop down menu select the GMI option under Panel Integration and Save the changes.

What are the next steps?
Once you save the settings we provide you with the link for the Survey. Please pass on the link to your contact at GMI for testing / distribution.
GMI will need to pass in the correct variables via corresponding custom variables as per the given link.

What are these three redirect links given to me from my panel provider?
If you've been given three redirect links, you don't need to do anything with them when using SurveyAnalytics. All you need to do is complete the following steps above. Again - there is nothing you need to do with these links.
What other settings are required?
Depending on your requirements you may need to setup Branching and setup Automatic Quota Control for the Survey. For more information please visit the links under Additional References.
