Limits for Image / Multimedia files
How many Images/Multimedia files can be uploaded?
You can upload unlimited number of files with all paid licenses. However, depending on your license level there is a limitation on the total file size.
License Level File Limit Free Basic Not Available Professional 10 MB Corporate 50 MB
Individual file size should not exceed 1MB. Smaller the file, faster it will load up!
Are there any other limits on uploading Images?
The Image/Multimedia file should be less than 1 MB in size. For better accessibility on the survey we suggest that you use smaller file sizes.
The default width of the survey is 750 pixels. Upload Images/Multimedia files smaller than 750 pixels.
Approved File Extensions that can be uploaded.

I am in one of the Free Licenses - Why can't I use this feature?
We've had a lot of users abusing this feature by uploading and hosting images from our servers. So we've disabled this for all the free licenses. If you need to upload images, logos and multimedia content, please upgrade to one of our paid licenses.
Alternately you can also refer to images / files uploaded on any external servers / file sharing platforms using the URL provided for the file.
