SurveyAnalytics - Email Servers - Mail Messages marked as SPAM / Guaranteed Delivery

How can I guarantee that emails sent out will not be marked as spam by my company's mail servers?

We cannot guarantee that your company's mail servers will accept emails from us (for your survey) - Different companies have different algorithms and policies as to what is considered as SPAM and what is not. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR INTERNAL IT STAFF and ask them about their ANTI-SPAM policies.

Can I give my IT staff some technical information so that surveys that I send are not blocked?

Yes. Following is the necessary information for our domain SurveyAnalytics.com

My organization has very strict IP destination rules on their Firewall. What is the IP address range that needs to be whitelisted?

The IP address range for SurveyAnalytics is: 72.5.52.200 - 72.5.52.255 and 70.42.174.0 - 70.42.174.255

What about emails sent to major ISP's - How can I be guaranteed that emails will not be blocked by them?

No provider can guarantee email delivery. ISP's have different rules about SPAM detection based on content, subject and how many of their users are reporting emails as SPAM.

The best way to make sure that your specific survey invitation is not blocked as SPAM is to pre-test it by sending an email invitation to different free email addresses from hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc.

While SurveyAnalytics makes every effort to make sure that our IP Addresses are whitelisted and not blocked, we cannot guarantee delivery of emails. It is the survey administrators responsibility to make sure that emails do not get blocked by the recepient's mail servers.
